I have a very diverse background in English Literature through my studies as Master in English Literature and Spoken. I have rich experience of seven years in social sector by being associated with M&E department. Beside that I also have good experience in as Livelihood Officer in cash for work in Jacobabad Sindh. Moreover for last recent I was working as Monitoring and Accountability Officer in District Jhang Punjab.
I have monitored and experienced Program/project like (CFW) Cash for Work / (FFW) Food for Work / (SIDA) Sindh irrigation and Drainage Authority/ (GFD) General Food Distribution / WASH / Shelter / Livelihoods / DRR /Qurbani Project / Masajid Construction / Water Filtration Plant in Sindh, Punjab,KPK, Balochistan and Kashmir. I have served my services in Save the Children International, Islamic Relief World Wide, Society for Community Development and currently I am serving my duties in Al-Khair Foundation UK, Head Office Lahore as M & E coordinator.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring & Evaluation
• Support Senior Management, Site Coordinators and District Coordinators in implementation of AKF M&E policy/ guidelines for projects.
• Support to design, conduct and manage baseline assessments, data collection methods and schedules, special studies and surveys in accordance with objectives and expected results for management and lessons learnt.
• Understanding a project’s scope and creating documents that best fulfill that particular project’s requirements.
• Acquiring work plan from project manager and tracking projects in the light of work plan.
• Responsible for developing & managing the Project Progress Matrices/tracking sheets (PPMs) and other data gathering tools based on key performance indicators of project and make sure that project offices provide data on timely basis.
• To carry out regular field visits to project areas, prepare and disseminate monitoring visit reports to concerned stakeholders for effective and timely decision making.

• To monitor that all type of loss from loading, off-loading, transporting, storing and distribution are properly documented and reported.
• To monitor the stock of commodities in comparison with records (sock register).
• Make sure physical counts of the warehouse is taken & dispatched on a fortnight basis.
• Monitor that information concerning NFI distribution schedules are disseminated well in advance to the relevant beneficiary.
• Assist and monitor that appropriate distribution of commodities to eligible recipients/beneficiaries according to the approved distribution plan and as per ration size.
• Monitor that all non-distributed commodities at the end of the distribution period are documented and returned to the warehouse, accompanied with a waybill.
